Today’s article is a bit different in that it’s not actually written, but rather spoken…

I FINALLY treated myself to an ice cream maker (way less expensive than I thought, hurray!) and have been whipping up all sorts of yummy desserts.

One of my most successful experiments was combining my love of Greek desserts with frozen deliciousness.

I put together a video for you on how to make this divine “Baklava Ice Cream.”

Note: You can replace Heavy cream with Coconut Milk and Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk for Half n Half if you want a non-dairy treat.
