RETURN AND EXCHANGE
POLICY & PROCEDURES
We want your shopping experience to be happy...
and, if you’re not happy we want to make it right as soon as possible!
1. Email us and let us know your name and that you want to return or exchange an item and we’ll send you a RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization number).
2. When you receive the email from us with the RMA#, print it out OR clearly print the RMA# on a blank piece of paper.
3. Write the RMA# on the outside of your return package.
4. Within 30 days of the original ship date pack the item along with the RMA# and ship to:

(IMPORTANT: Do not ship to the return address on the original package you received)
5.. Keep your shipping receipt
6. Returns made within this time-frame will be refunded back to the original method of payment at full purchase price.
7. Please allow one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
8. If you are Exchanging the item, please allow up to 2 weeks for exchange to be received and the replacement order processed for shipping.
9. The shipping for the exchanged item being sent to you is paid by Lucky Duck Living during our Launch Special.
