There’s so much I want to share with you this year about the lovely simplicity of having joy in your life.

But first... what exactly is “joy?”

The dictionary defines it as;

Intense and especially ecstatic or exultant happiness.

And, the best part…?

Joy is discovered not earned.

It’s not about being better, faster or stronger. It’s not even about being trusting, or kind, or patient. Joy is about making a decision to be willing. Willing to let things unfold.

And the great thing is we can do it TOGETHER!
