This week’s Joy Blog Weekly™ is coming out one day later.
There’s an important reason why, but first, let’s take a moment together... last week was the commemoration of the adoption of our United States flag.
In two weeks we’ll celebrate with fireworks, beaches, boating, cookouts and community to honor Independence Day on July 4th. Woot!
Summertime seems to be a time of pride for many Americans. It’s an opportunity to travel with your family enjoying all the treasures our country has to offer.
Personally, I feel intensely patriotic. Ironic perhaps, considering I spent half of my childhood abroad. But, while I love and appreciate Europe, this is my home.
Our land of opportunity is what my mother immigrated to. And, it is out of respect for what she created that I find myself driven to give back, and even protect what we are so freely given.
So, I delayed my post one day to say thank you and join with the USA Love List (which you’re gonna love, by the way) in celebrating a host of made in America products.
To start with, they LOVE our Lucky Duck Living™ tees and are hosting a Lucky Duck Living™ t‑shirt giveaway with all sorts of ways to enter. Be sure to check ’em out HERE.
Also, if you want to get our amazing tees right away, here’s my double thanks with 20% OFF your entire order.
Just enter DUCKLOVESUSA at checkout.
Now THAT’S a win-win!
But first, I’m curious… Is it important to you to support USA manufacturing? Why or why not? What are your favorite items? How does it feel to wear/use American made products? Did you learn this from your parents? Are they American born? Are you? How are you celebrating the 4th of July?
I look forward to hearing about you and your story.
And don’t forget to check out USA LOVE List and this super fun giveaway. They do an amazing job of putting together the best America has to offer!
Have a beautiful day and remember, I am most definitely in your corner…
Love,
Thais
